- Start by logging into your One Platform account.
- On the dashboard, locate and click onto the "Promotions" section.
Step 2: Create a Promotion
- Once in the promotions page, click on the "Create a Promotion" button.
- After you have created a promotion, give your promotion a unique and memorable name that reflects its purpose and appeal.
Step 3: Your Promotions Settings
- Description: Craft a brief but compelling description that explains the benefits of your promotion to customers.
- Promo Scope: Determine if the promotion applies to the total order value, delivery fees, or specific items in the basket.
- Promo Type: Choose between a fixed value (a flat amount) or a percentage for your discount.
- Value: Specify the discount amount or percentage.
- Minimum Spend: Set the minimum order value required for customers to redeem the promotion.
Step 4: Customise your Promotion
