How to add a menu
A well-structured menu is essential for your business. You can easily upload your menu in two ways: by linking to your existing online menu or by manually creating and customizing it on One Platform.
Uploading an Existing Online Menu
If you already have an online menu, follow these steps to upload it to One Platform:
- Log in to your One Platform account.
- Access your chain or outlet settings.
- Navigate to the "Menus" section.
Here you have two options for adding your menu:
Option 1: Link to Your Online Menu
- Click "Add a Menu."
- Provide a menu name, label, and description.
- Enter the URL of your existing online menu.
- Please note that it can take up to 24 hours for your menu to be uploaded using this method.
Option 2: Manually Create Your Menu
- Click "Add a Menu."
- Create a menu name, label, and description.
- You can now begin structuring your menu:
- Add Menu Categories with names and short descriptions.
- Add items to each category and customize their prices and descriptions.
Saving Your Menu
After completing the necessary menu details and options, don't forget to save your changes to make the menu live on One Platform.
