Adding Admin Users
Currently, our admin panel supports 2 user types. Franchise Admins and Chain Admins.
Adding a Franchise Admin
Navigate to your franchises from the left navigation and choose the franchise you want to add a user to. From within the franchise page, click the Users tab and click Add User.

Enter the email address of the user you want to invite and click Invite User.

An invitation email will be sent to the email inbox you entered which contains a link. The new user should follow the link in the email, which will take them to a either:
- The sign up page (if the user doesn't yet have an admin account)
- The dashboard (if the user already has an admin account)
Once signed up, or logged in, the user will have access to the franchise you invited them to.
Adding a Chain Admin
Navigate to the chain you want to add a user to. From within the chains page, click the Users tab and click Add User. Enter the email address of the user you want to invite and click Invite User.
From there, the process is the same as above. The new user will only have access to the chain to which they've been invited, and all outlets listed below that chain.

Each user will have a list of permissions attached to their login which you as a franchise admin can control. This will allow you to fine tune what a chain user can and can't do and see from within a chain.
Currently, any chain users added will have full access to the chain settings.
