Setting Up
Your outlet will need a reasonably capable Android Tablet to receive orders. Preferably with a larger screen for ease of use. The tablet must have Bluetooth in order to connect to a printer. Both the outlet and the tablet will also need a reliable internet connection.

For printing orders, the app supports thermal printing on 2 types of printer...

Getting The App
To download the app to an Android tablet, type the link https://rb.gy/6w8fh into the tablet's web browser and it will download the app file to the device. You might see warnings about installing 3rd party software, these can usually be bypassed by agreeing or clicking 'ok' etc to the prompts. Doing it this way negates the need to login to Google Play.
Logging In
Once you have the app running you will see a login screen. Logins are created via the One Touch admin panel - https://admin.one-platform.co
- Navigate to the outlet you're setting up and click the Terminals tab, then Create Terminal.
- Name the Terminal, choose its location, make sure active is switched ON and click Create
- Once created, you'll be shown a Pin and Secret Pin. Important!! These are only shown once at creation time. It is up to you or the venue to keep these safe and private.
- Use the Pin and Secret Pin to login to the receiver app.

Connecting the Printer
- Make sure that the tablet has bluetooth enabled and the printer is powered on.
- In the tablet's device settings (usually a ⚙️ icon) find settings for bluetooth and connect the tablet to the printer. If it asks for a code its usually 1234 or 0000
- Once connected, return to the app.
- Use the menu in the bottom left of the screen and navigate to Printers.
- The app will show a list of printers connected via bluetooth (usually just the 1 you have connected) and a few other options for print size (width of the roll of paper in the printer) and how many printouts to print per order.
- Set your preferences and save.
Things to note
- If you have selected "Wait for terminal confirmation" in your dispatch settings, any incoming order will not be dispatched to Tookan, Stuart etc until the receiver accepts the order.
- If the receiver cancels an order, this does not automatically refund a customer. Refunds can be sent from the order screen in the admin.
